Refund & Return Policy

At GrowVibe, we are committed to delivering high-octane social media engagement. As a social media agency based in Bucharest, Europe, our packages for TikTok and Instagram are billed in Romanian Leu (RON) and are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible if requested within 14 calendar days of purchase and ONLY if the campaign has not yet been activated or initiated by our team. Once work has begun on your order, financial commitments are locked in for the delivery of the engagement metrics.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed or mid-progress engagement campaigns.
- Misuse of services or violation of platform Terms of Service.
- Account private status during the campaign period.
- Change of mind after the campaign has been initiated.
3. No Physical Returns
As our services are strictly digital and intangible, there is no physical product to return. Once the service is delivered to your social media handle, it cannot be 'returned' to us.
4. Cancellations & Chargebacks
Cancellations requested before campaign start are processed for a full refund in RON. Cancellations after a campaign start are not eligible for refunds. Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from GrowVibe services and may be reported for digital fraud.

GrowVibe is a social media agency based in Bucharest, Romania. We specialize in TikTok and Instagram engagement packages tailored for creators and brands. All transactions are processed in RON.
Eligibility & Timelines
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility depends on the service status: full refunds are possible before campaign setup; partial refunds may apply if setup has begun but execution hasn't started.
Non-Refundable Cases
Campaigns already completed or significantly underway are non-refundable. Misuse of the platform, violation of social media terms of service, or providing incorrect account details voids refund eligibility. No physical returns are applicable as services are digital.
Processing & Chargebacks
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination of all active campaigns and permanent account suspension from GrowVibe services.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first is considered a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to dispute any unfounded chargebacks and suspend future services for the account in question.
Dispute Resolution
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our Bucharest-based support. If we cannot reach an agreement, any formal disputes will be governed by the laws applicable in Romania and settled through arbitration.
